The challenge
A 28% average grade and a soils report calling for deep caissons on every lot made access and sequencing the whole job.
Our approach
We built the shared access road and utility corridor first, then worked top-down so no finished lot was ever driven over, staging caisson rigs on temporary benches cut into the slope.
The outcome
All twelve homes delivered without a slope failure or a single erosion-control violation across two spring runoff seasons.
