Our commitment

Ironridge Construction Group, LLC is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly, not as a feature added at the end.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, physical and neurological disabilities.

We describe this site as partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are working on the areas that do not yet.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML landmarks so assistive technology can navigate the page structure
• A skip link that jumps straight to the main content
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element
• Text and background color combinations checked for contrast
• Labels tied to every form field, with errors announced clearly
• Alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images hidden from screen readers
• Reduced-motion support so animations respect your system preference
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to small screen sizes

Known limitations

Some project photography carries brief descriptive alternative text rather than a full description of the scene. Third-party content, such as embedded maps or documents supplied by others, may not fully meet the standard. We review these areas as part of ongoing maintenance.
