The challenge
Loud and disruptive work could only happen during summer break and after hours, and the building had to be fully code-compliant and occupiable every August.
Our approach
We front-loaded demolition and structural work into an 11-week summer window, staged materials off site, and ran a second shift through the school year for finishes behind temporary partitions.
The outcome
Two consecutive school years opened on time with no displaced classrooms. The CTE wing was handed over with equipment installed and tested.
