The challenge
Eleven tenants signed at different times, each with their own contractor and their own idea of when they could start their buildout.
Our approach
We published a rolling shell turnover schedule at buyout and held every tenant to a shared coordination meeting, sequencing utility stub-outs so late signings did not disturb finished work.
The outcome
The center opened 92% leased with every tenant space turned over on or before its contractual delivery date.
