The challenge
The crossing carried 24,000 vehicles a day and could not be fully closed, and in-stream work was restricted to a narrow window outside the trout spawning season.
Our approach
We built the bridge in two halves under a head-to-head traffic shift, drilled shafts from a temporary work platform, and completed all in-water activity inside the 90-day environmental window.
The outcome
Opened to full traffic five weeks early with no unscheduled closures and no environmental violations recorded.
